Stressed about my job?

I’m 19 years old and have been working at my company for 2 months. I work as a laborer for an electrical company. I am going to an apprenticeship school in September but as of now I do not know much about commercial construction. Recently I have been moved to 2nd shift and have been sent to work with a co employee. I have heard that this guy is really hard on new people and he has a short fuse but I was hoping for UHF best. I have been working with him for a week and I hate it more than anything I have ever done. I try to do what he tells me but since I’m new to it it takes a few times for me to get it right and he bitches and yells and gets frustrated with almost everything I do. I try my best but I always end up getting yelled at. I’m afraid to do anything anymore cuz I don’t want to get yelled at. I dread going to work everyday cuz of him. I’m so sick of second shift and working with him. What should I do?

We’ll let me share a quick little briefing.

I’ve been out of high school for over a year, currently 19 right now. Out of high school I was basically had an "in" to a commercial construction company as a laborer to start. We’ll as the economy has been crumbling I’m out of work at the time being. While I was in high school I had ideas of joining the military, but had been seeing this girl, and still am to this day..I don’t think I could do that to her, and our relationship, especially with the idea of still not knowing what I want to do for a living..I know this isn’t a thing some body can really answer, but I need some advice. Should I stay, and hold it out in construction, knowing what’s to come most likely, (Have a broad interest in the subject, but still want to consider other careers)? Or should i go to school to get an associates for something I’m not sure yet..The uncertainty is fairy s***ty, especially because I’m out on my own which means even community college would possibly require some sort of a loan..We’ll thanks for your time and guidance.
In addition, construction itself had been great for the money…hence while it’s lasted, and I’ve accumulated a generous amount of income to coast for a while, but I’ve been struggling with what I want to do…Not what I have to wake up in the mourning to get to go do..I have a general interest in electronics and mechanics…and an interest in law enforcement…but still…Just curious on your thoughts…keep them coming..
