Dog rentals to guard your industrial business is neglect?
I have been seeing a pick up truck with a home made black wooden creepy looking house which stores a lot of dogs. I followed it, and just as I suspected it looks like it is a dog rental business. I saw a guy pull a gorgeous but tough looking Rottweiler and through it in some type of industrial business near western and fulton. Coming from the truck Sounded like 50 dogs stored in small compartments all barking and crying. The truck was not labeled to show a business name or anything; it just seemed wrong and cruel. Is this legal in Chicago? Is this a form of animal cruelty? What can be done to stop this or make the truck show certification of such business to make sure it is being responsible. I adopted my dog Rottweiler after being left alone to guard construction sites. She has severe separation anxiety.
