Sales: Decision Makers revealed… Who’s who?
Ok… assume I’m a salesman. Who are the "decision makers" for these fields?
(the answers I’m looking for is ‘Titles’. Like would it be the "ceo", "operations manager", warehouse manager", "food and beverage manager"..see what I’m saying?)

Insuring a '96 Dodge 3500 Diesel Flatbed?
I’ve been back and forth with my insurance broker on getting my new truck insured. I can’t really do a thing with it until I have it insured. It’s a ‘96 Dodge 3500 Cummins Diesel Flatbed Dually, 185,000 miles and no body damage. Single Cab. No fancy upgrades on the engine. It has previously been owned by a construction company and insured under a commercial policy. The insurance underwriters (of several companies) want me to open a commercial policy while I would like to just add it to my personal since it is for personal use.
This truck is used on the weekends only to do nothing more than pick up feed and hay or haul the horse trailer. It’s not heavy use and certainly not a daily driver.
I am currently with Nationwide and not against switching insurance companies, but prefer it to be on the affordable side. I carry 100/300 coverage on the other 2 vehicles and will be keeping that for the truck.
Any suggestions?

The owner of the house that my family rents in stopped by just now with a letter. the owner lives next door. he gave us a letter regarding my dad’s lincoln towncar being parking in the driveway for my house. The owner next door owns a construction company and also has a construction vehicle parked in his driveway. the letter stated that a complaint was recently received regarding my dad’s lincoln being parked in the driveway since it’s a commercial vehicle. he’s a taxi driver. the letter has a letterhead from the construction official and its signed by a code enforcement officer.
what i don’t understand is we have been living in the same house for more than 10 years and my dad has the same job. no one ever complained. i’m not sure if it was due to all the snow, but I am quite outraged. my dad works long hours and supports my family. he is a hard worker. we came here from another country and we are trying to live a better life.
we didnt park in the streets. we parked in our own driveway. this is his lincoln that he uses for work. we do have a garage, but we have storage in there so we didnt park the car in there. now i will go clean the garage out before my dad comes home from work. the owner says he knows who it was but cannot tell us. i just feel outraged. is there anything i can do?

Okay so I’m going with my mom, I will get her present with my dad later. Soo..Here is my list.
My dad-46 years old, works as a plow driver for out DOT, not really into tools or anything, always watching TV or on the computer.
Grandpa 1-75 years old, retires, watches "western movies" all day LOL.
Grandma 1-Divorced with Grandpa 1-Lives by herself and "boyfriend (sometimes)" in a condo, likes cooking and baking a lot.
Grandma 2-in her 60’s, lives in NC (Not by us) with my Grandpa 2, likes sewing and quilt making.
Grandpa 2-In his 60’s, lives with Grandma 2 in NC, Both retired by the way, very "Techy", used to work for a Television company.
Aunt 1-Lives close to us, never had a job, lives alone all day while her husband is at work, likes to clean and "decorate".
Uncle 1-Lives with Aunt 1 and works for a construction company about 60 min away, always busy, likes projects to do.
Aunt 2-Lives a block away from us, works at a rubber company, barely ever home, likes decorating and just relaxing.
Uncle 2-Lives with aunt 2-Works at a coal dock, and, well, that;s about all of a description I have for him.
Cousin 1-Lives with aunt 1 and uncle 1-Just graduated collage, works as a teacher, very "peppy" and likes children.
Cousin 2-lives with aunt 1, uncle 1, and is a sister to cousin 1, Lives in an apartment about 40 miles away, words at Airies (clothing store) and Star 104 (radio station) and Bath and Body works, always very busy. Friendly though, not as much as the first cousin.
Cousin 3-Son of aunt 2 and uncle 2, lives in California and is in the commercial business, very friendly.
Dog1- Lives with aunt 2 and uncle 2(I know the basic treats, toys, bones and everything I could get but i’m just maybe looking for something more unique.
P.S. Everyone is in town so I don’t need shippable items for NC and Cali.

Thanks, but I just can’t go to Petsmart or Barns and Noble or anything like that because I live in a small city, We have a Walmart, Kmart, a Giant eagal, and an old, run down, half closed mall here, that’s about it, to get to the bigger stares you need to go to a city either about 60 min west of east of us.
P.s. again, just so you all know, cousin 1 and 2 are girls and cousin 3 is a guy. The dog is a girl too.

Where can i find books on Civil Engineering?
I recently joined a Construction Company, Its major work involves Road Construction, Sewer Network Construction etc.
However i do not have any background in civil engineering and did my engineerin in Industrial Production.
Where can i find appropriate books to make myself apt with Civil Engineering topics relevant to Road Construction and Sewer Networks.
please do not suggest ebooks for which we need to pay for as there are many sites offereing the same. Can i download it as free ebook from some site?
